1. Booking & Payment

• Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person.
• A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking, with the balance due at check-in.
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers; please note that credit cards are not currently accepted.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 09:00 PM onward
• Check-out time: By 09:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are available based on capacity and may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 7 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the deposit
• Within 7 days of arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
• No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must present a valid ID (passport, Aadhaar, or driver’s license) at check-in.
• The guesthouse maintains a strict non-smoking policy indoors, with designated areas outside.
• Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
• Guests are accountable for any loss or damage incurred during their stay.
• Quiet hours are from 08:00 PM to 07:00 AM; please be considerate of other guests' privacy and peace

5. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under 5 years stay free with parents (no extra bed provided).
• Additional charges may apply for extra guests, depending on room capacity and availability

6. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed on the property

7. Liability

• Tsetan Guest House is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings
